Terms and Conditions

We have a minimum hire amount of $50.

A 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date. Deposits are also transferable if you need to change the date of your event due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment of deposit is acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Balances are due 7 days prior to party. Unpaid invoices will mean cancellation of your booking unless prior arrangements are made.

Cancellations
No cancellation fee is charged if booking/or part thereof is cancelled more the 7 days before event.

A Cancellation fee (25% of the hire cost) applies if booking/or part thereof is cancelled less than 7 days before day of event. Unfortunately no refunds can be given if booking/or part is cancelled less than 2 days before day of event.                

Bond
A fully refundable Security Bond is required with all bookings. The bond is calculated depending on the value of items hired.  DIY Collection and Returns attract a higher bond amount. Your bond will be returned to you within 3 days of all hired goods being returned in the same condition as was hired out to the client (excepting any reasonable wear and tear). The bond is refunded into your nominated bank account.

No washing or cleaning of the hired goods is required with the exception of food/beverage containers which we kindly are rinsed of any residues or food debris.

While we make every effort to ensure our product descriptions are accurate we reserve the right to replace items with similar product if an item becomes unavailable or we deem necessary.

Loss or Damage

We may deduct an amount from the bond to cover the costs of any expense arising from the need to repair party equipment damaged by the hirer negligence or use of equipment. Items that are returned beyond repair or specialist cleaning will be charged at full replacement cost.

Delivery/Collection 
To assist you in avoiding delivery charges ee offer DIY Collection/Return by appointment from our address in Baldivis (40km South of Perth CBD).

Our delivery fees take into account the number and weight of items, the time taken to load and unload the vehicle, the number of team members required to load, deliver and unload the order, the address to where the delivery will be taken to and collected from, and any delivery restrictions which may occur.

Our delivery model is cost recovery only, meaning that we only charge what it costs us to deliver and collect the items, including (but not limited to) labour, distance travelled, time travelled & vehicle costs and fuel.

Delivery is a "drop & go" service on ground level or in garage.

A) Delivery/Collection Pricing Hire amounts $250 and over (excluding bonds & set-up)

FREE for hires totalling $250 within a 20km radius from Baldivis 6171 (SOR)
Outside this zone: $1per each additional km both ways (2 return trips)

B) Delivery/collection Pricing Hire amounts LESS than $250 (excluding bonds & Set-up)

Within 10km from Baldivis FREE
Over 10 km and within 20km from Baldivis $70 (2 return trips)
Over 20 km from Baldivis. $70 + $1 per each additional km both ways (2 return trips)

We offer set-up/styling and packdown of your chosen package for an additional $80.00.

*Please note we reserve the right to charge additional collection or delivery fees if we are delayed due to the venue or our equipment being inaccessible, not ready for collection, the location not being within a reasonable distance from parking or site access being inhibited in any way. Additional collection fees will be charged in @ $25 per 15 minute interval.

*Collections after 9pm and Midnight will attract additional charges.
